What is Med Management?

Medication management is a comprehensive approach to managing each patients prescription medications to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Chambers Clinic acts as the prescriber and liaison between the pharmacy and the patient for purposes of obtaining the right medication, the right dose, the right amount, the correct pharmacy, and at the right price. We are responsible for managing prescription refill requests and following up with any clinical questions.

What services are included in Visits and how do they differ from Acute Visits?

Visits consist of our traditional Initial and Follow up Visits while Acute Visits are designated for those visits that are used to treat acute injuries or illnesses.

What can you use a guest pass for?

Guest passes allow you to invite a friend or family member to take advantage of our guest menu of services without the need for a visit with the doctor. Please call our clinic for a comprehensive list of services we provide.

What is included in your partnerships and what is the value of the access/discounts?
