Peptides for Recovery, Inflammation, and Performance

Chambers Clinic uses a select group of peptides to support recovery from injury, modulate inflammation, and help patients pursue performance and longevity goals. This is a high-level overview — not a prescribing guide. Specific protocols are always personalized.

Recovery and Tissue Healing

  • BPC-157: Most often used to support soft tissue and gut healing. Frequently paired with regenerative procedures or rehabilitation.
  • TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4): A peptide involved in cell migration and tissue repair. Sometimes considered for more widespread or chronic recovery situations.
  • GHK-Cu: A copper-binding peptide studied for its role in skin, hair, and connective tissue repair.

Growth Hormone Support

  • Sermorelin: Encourages the body’s own growth hormone release through a natural pathway. Often used for sleep, body composition, and recovery support.
  • CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin: A combination that supports growth hormone release through a complementary mechanism. Used in similar situations to Sermorelin, with different release patterns.

Inflammation and Immune Modulation

  • Thymosin Alpha-1: Studied for its role in supporting healthy immune function, particularly in patients dealing with chronic immune dysregulation.
  • LL-37: An antimicrobial peptide with research interest in chronic infection and inflammation. Use is selective and case-specific.

Cognitive and Longevity Support

  • Selank and Semax: Peptides studied for effects on focus, mood, and stress resilience.
  • Epitalon: A peptide with research interest in circadian rhythm and cellular aging markers.

How We Think About Peptide Selection

No peptide is right for every patient. The question isn’t ‘which peptide is best?’ — it’s ‘what specifically are we trying to change, and is a peptide the right tool for that job?’ Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes the answer is that sleep, nutrition, lab correction, or another therapy will move the needle more.

Safety Across the Category

All peptides used at Chambers are sourced through licensed compounding pharmacies. Patients are monitored with check-ins and, when appropriate, follow-up labs. Peptide therapy is not appropriate during pregnancy or while nursing, in patients with active cancer, or in several other specific clinical situations — your clinician will walk through these with you.
