IV MSC-Derived Exosomes for Dilated Cardiomyopathy

This study showed that intravenous mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes can reduce myocardial inflammation in dilated cardiomyopathy — a serious heart condition in which the heart muscle becomes weakened and enlarged.

The findings suggest a non-invasive regenerative therapy option for patients with this type of heart disease.
